Toyota Spring Day 8k – There were fewer participants than 2006 but timing went very well.
Correspondence
1. Letter from the director of the Henderson Tri Fest 5k stating they were very pleased with timing results and look forward to using us in 2008.
Race Timing
1. Solarbraun 10k is the next event on May 12 and computer timed
2. Run for the Roses 5k in Morganfield Kentucky May 19 and will be computer timed
3. Mt Vernon Indiana 5k June 9 will be card timed
4. New time machine (TimeMachine TX from Flying Feet Computers) has been purchased at a cost of $1193.60 and is reported to be working well after two events.

Membership
1. New members are being added weekly for a total of 140 and the volunteer list is growing.
Newsletter
1. May issue is out and the deadline for the next issues articles is June 22
Picnic
1. No director for this event. It was decided that if no one comes forward by the June meeting a final decision will be made as to whether or not to cancel the event for 2007. 
Step Up Club
1. Many of the club members ran in the Toyota 8k. Most of the clubs are winding down activity for the 2007 school year.
Scholarship
1. Applicants have been screened for a boy and girl and they will be awarded at the June meeting.
Summer Track Program
1. Central High School track has been reserved and the event is ready to go. Medals have been ordered and Gatorade and water will be provided. The events will be the same format as 2006 and start at 6:00 pm each night. Volunteers are needed so make every effort to help out.
Special Events – no report
Grand Prix 
1. Many people have registered for the two events held. We may need to make a push for more walkers to participate.
Old Business
1. A motion was made and carried to allow the purchase of SIAC Track awards at a cost of $156.00
2. Date for the 2007 Otters Stadium 5k Run will be confirmed later for a Saturday in July.
3. Senior Games track and field events will be May 19
4. Discussion on what to do with names received from race registrations. The data base will be culled of out dated listings as time permits.
New Business
1. Lengthy discussion concerning the fees we charge for card timed races versus computer timed races and its cost effectiveness for race directors. A motion was made and carried that card timed races will be charged $2.25 per finisher and computer timed races will be charged $2.75 per finisher.
2. It was suggested that a new bar code reader be purchased in the near future.

Being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
