Special Events
1. Need a director at this time and a suggestion was made to designate different members to take charge of each event and not leave it all to one person. Files are being kept on all past events for reference.

New Business
1. Barb Cox will direct club promotion activities. She outlined what she feels is needed including a higher profile in the Evansville area and GERWC should be “the” source for running and walking information. Discussion followed and we will revisit this issue at the next meeting.
2. Gordon discussed an item called Road I.D. It is a wrist/ankle band with a velcro closure that includes the owner’s emergency information and are available in various types and sizes.
3. Tri State Athletic Club has offered the club a display table at the St Pat 5k March 18.
4. Changing locations for future club meetings was discussed and it was suggested that members offer locations. The April 12 meeting will be at Weinbach’s Café and those wishing to eat should do so before the meeting start time of 6:00 p.m.
5. Discussion on combining all local race director mailing lists and preserve it in one file that would be maintained for the Evansville area. It was approved for Nick Tenbarge to go forward with this project.

Being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
