Y(NOT)2K: Don Nichols reported on the Y(not)2K.  The event was a big success with several groups of costumed participants.  A lot of positive feedback was received.   Door prizes went over well.  Don reported that for future events maybe we should designate part of the proceeds to go to a local charity, and that maybe we should tie the race to membership with participants receiving a membership for the event fee plus five dollars.

NEW BUSINESS: Gordon Benfield joined the meeting after voting and advised that Shoe Carnival has promised a $250.00 donation for the summer track program.  Planning for the program is ongoing with contact being made with the School Corporation for the use of Central Stadium

Voting for club runners and walkers of the year was held during the meeting.  Bob Head and Richard Tenbarge counted the votes.  Winners will be made public at the Banquet
