TREASURER’S REPORT:  Cedric Hustace presented the Treasurer’s report, it was reviewed and accepted by the Board.

RACE TIMING: Mike Higney reported on the race timing, He will computer time the Old National Thanksgiving 5k and the Jingle Bell 5k and then due to other demands he will no longer be available for timing.  We will be looking for someone to take over in time for them to work with him on the Jingle Bell and Old National Run/walks.

MEMBERSHIP REPORT: Angela Reckelhoff gave the membership report, we gained about ten new members from the mini expo.  Angela asked about letterhead stationary and envelopes. She wants to acknowledge new members.  We need to determine if anyone has any existing stationary or envelopes. If anyone knows about any existing stationary and envelopes please advise Angela or Richard.

STEP UP PROGRAM: Tom Anderson gave the Step Up report. He advised that clubs have been established at Caze, Howard Roosa, and Dexter Schools. He also said that new logbooks will need to be printed and a decision will have to be made as to printing the originals or perhaps something a little cheaper.

MEMBERSHIP DRIVE: Still in planning stage, suggestions accepted.

BANQUET: Bob Head and Mike Higney stated that they would take care of food and drink and take care of the servers for the food. Bob Lauderdale will try to make arrangements with SWIRCA for use of their facilities. Tom Anderson will try to line up a guest speaker and if necessary Cedric Hustace will assist him. Richard Tenbarge will put the word out on nominations for runners and walkers of the year and invitations to the event.  Several things remain to be done, certificates, notifying the high school athletes who will receive awards, etc.
