Treasurer Report: Submitted and approved by the board.

Race Timing: Joe had sent out the last two billings for the last 2 races timed. Mike had sent him the final numbers. The club is not doing road control for the Thanksgiving race. Finish line only. We will have 2 chutes. We need volunteers, please. Contact Gordon if you can help. The bib numbers will not be assigned till the day before the race, so Mike can not pick these up till early evening. Mike has been in contact with Janice for the Jingle Bell.

Web Page: Things have been a little slow getting updated on the web site, due to problems Greg had with his computer. He is currently working on updating all the Step-Up material. Please send any web info (only) to Greg at his email address, listed on the web site.

Banquet: The food has been decided. And the SWIRCA building has been secured. WE will have John "the Penguin" Bingham speaking at this years banquet. The date on this will be Jan 31st. We will have a brunch at the Pagoda at 11 am; it is a fundraiser for the Step-Up club. This will be on Saturday the 31st. The banquet is at 6pm and will follow the same program as last year. I have a list of nomination for runners and walkers, But I need some Bio's. I will be contacting some of you soon. If possible I can pick some of these up at the Thanksgiving race. We had discussed giving a special award to those who help with saving the life of Bernie Boyer at the YMCA 5k. We will discuss this more at the next meeting. This banquet is open to the public, and I will try to get some info in the paper and so on.

Race Calendar: Janet has taken over this job. All race directors and those who know of good races, contact her with the info.

Walkers Report: It has been decided that SIRW club cannot host the National 15k Racewalk next year. New Balance has been contacted and will come aboard again in 2005. But they will help with Indianapolis' Racewalk series, for next year.

Membership: This position has not been filled yet. Please contact Janet or Gordon if interested.

Picnic: No info available at this time.

Step-Up Club: They had received a donation for $150. From Schiller Methodist Church. They also have a club. They have been meeting with Toyota for next years 8k event. But the date has not been decided. Dexter School wants to start a new club. The club is due to print more log books. And the cost will be about $4000. Carol is getting several emails from out of state schools and interested parties about starting their own club. She can send all info for $25. A fundraiser will be set for Jan 31st at 11 am. More info to follow on this.

Scholarship: We have 2 applications so far. The deadline is mid-April.

Special Events: Don will compile the surveys this winter and come up with an outline next year. He is also working on the Ynot2K.

Summer Track Program: Gordon has agreed to work on this next year. The board approved. But he will check into renting the facilities.

New Business: Richard Tenbarge will be taking over the president of the club for one year. But we will need to vote on a new vice-president. Gordon will write the last presidents message. All other board positions stay the same.
Yoga for Runners: Starting in Jan. at 7pm at the St. Mary's Health Matters building. Price is same as last mentioned.

Old Business: Ynot2K: The start time is 3:30 pm. On Dec 31st at the Centre. There is a delay of the flyer. It Will be out soon. Don is trying to find some one to start the race. He wants to stuff the flyers in the next two race packets. There will be an ambulance in the area. No early packet pick ups. Club will pay for the food. An article will be put in the next newsletter.

Old Business:
Boo Run 2003: We had traffic problems, but was due to USI security. We will get a $30 gift certificate to Gerst House for Steggy on helping Mike with the timing.
Ray Rayl race: Bob Lauderdale will have an update of this 5k at the next meeting.
