New Business:

Vice-President: We have had no response from Bill. We will accept nominations. Gordon will be gone at June meeting. So the next in line will be Cedric.(don't be late)

Brochure: We also need an individual or a few individuals to take over the creation of making a club brochure. Gordon has the some of the info to go into this. It is a matter of putting it together.

Storage area: Jim Effinger has been checking into getting a club shelter. To store the tent, tables, etc. (but not the clock and timing equipment) we have voted on a small size of 5'x10'. It can cost $35 monthly along with a $20 deposit. He will get us more info at the next meeting.

Other: Older more experienced runners are looking for longer races, other than 5k's. Maybe some of the race directors of the more popular races might consider a 10k along with their 5k. Something worth discussing with the race directors.

Any other business that needs to be discussed, contact Gordon either email or phone.

Next meeting: June 11th 2003 at YMCA at 6pm.
