Timing/Web: We are invited to time the Poseyville Autumnfest again next year. Need volunteers to help with the Boo Run. Contact Chad Hartmann on this matter. Definitely need help with the kid’s run at this same race. We will charge $2.00 ahead on the employees’ only race held at Toyota. Only 23 participated. Thanksgiving race wants the club to do timing, results and road management on Nov 28th. PLEASE volunteer for a job. This will pay $3 a head. Did the usual updates on the web site. We are over 9000 hits now. We are now linked to a lot of National sites.

Banquet: Bob Tank has been contacted to get a bio. But has not returned any messages left. The SWIRCA blding has been reserved for January 25th, 2003. We need to get the nominations to Gordon as soon as possible! Still, getting prices on catering. We will need to do a mass mailing of banquet, applications and ballots. This has to be in by Mid December!

Scholarship: Joe has mailed out 29 high school scholarship forms. Has had one reply.

Walkers: 5 walkers represented Southern Indiana at the National 5k held in Kingsport, Tenn. Drew has talked with New Balance. And they definitely want to sponsor next year. They will budget more money for it.  The walkers will have a Christmas party Dec 7th. Please contact Bob Head about this. All runners interested are invited.

Step-up: No available information at this time.

Old Business:
1. RRCA: Canceled. Due to problems by RRCA.
2. ½ Marathon: Need another sponsor. Will talk with 5/3rd. Course is still being discussed.
3. Ray Rayl Memorial race: Talked to Bussing’s. They are not sure if Otters will be here next year. But if they are, they will be glad to have us finish on the field. (note: sources say 90% of people in Evansville are against the new stadium field) If it is not possible to use Bosse Field, then we will use the old SWIRCA course. Proceeds go to the scholarship fund.

New Business:
1. Ynot2k: Meeting held after this meeting.
2. Runners Forum: (Gordon’s old job at Indy) will give 10% of shoes with free shipping. This link to theirs will be on our web site. Ced will also contact St Louis’ Fleet feet store.
3. Shirts: Cedric has brought two in. But two will have to be redone. Will have by next meeting.

New Business:
1. Insurance: It is time to renew our liability insurance. Cost is $242. Voted to pay this. Ced had checked into the officers having insurance, but voted against this. It was too costly.
2. Thank you cards: Received two. From Autumnfest and from the Cancer Society for Rob’s dad.

Other: none.
If any new business arises, contact Gordon.
