Race Timing/Web Page: (web) Pictures, from Toyota race on site. Minutes from April are also on web site. Gillis and Gordon’s ads are gone. Have almost 4000 hits on the web site. Kent Schuller wanted a posting of his flyer to the Laufenfest on site, but as GERWC is not timing, it was not allowed. Will post a whole page of his flyer in the newsletter for free though.  We can try a separate link to their web site and someone can download the race contact person with a phone number, off of this. But then they should use our timing. Will change “Race Results” to “Race Info” (timing) 30 finishers at Holland race. Use of computer was easier than the cards. Even for a small race. No pictures of this race. River run: 945 so far. Expect over 1000 though. 8 am for river run volunteers. Dinner maybe before had for volunteers. Maybe at CK Newsome Center.

Banquet: No info on this so far. Would like some opinions on whether everyone wants a speaker or a fashion show. Pizza or what for food?

Picnic:  Sometime in August. Maybe Wesselman’s. Will rent 2 shelters if this is the case.

Step-Up Club: Made $12,000 from entries alone at Toyota race. 750 showed up. Would like next year to schedule the ¼ and ½ mile closer together.  Anna is happy with the race. We have 10 clubs so far. But would like more. Need more leaders. Kids are getting their hats and tee’s. Will do marketing now.
